Security Deposits & Damage Waiver
We appreciate that chartering a yacht is a big financial commitment and can cause worry over damage repair costs to the yacht and/or other vessels in the event of a collision.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer our customers two options when chartering yachts from us which will give peace of mind:
Option 1:
Pay a daily fee in advance which will reduce the deposit required when chartering from us. The daily fee is £95/day for any sized yacht in our fleet. This will reduce your security deposit from £4,500 to £2,500. If any damage is caused during your charter, your losses are capped at a maximum of £2,500.
There are various damage waiver insurance policies commercially available to cover your £4,500 deposit however, such as policies from Topsail Insurance.
Option 2:
Pay no daily fee in advance but pay the standard charter deposit of £4,500. If any damage is caused during your charter, your losses are capped at a maximum of £4,500.
There are various damage waiver insurance policies commercially available to cover your £4,500 deposit however, such as policies from Topsail Insurance.
Insurance excess is per incident.
