In order to provide you with our services, we need to ask you a few questions about yourself.
- We will only ask you for information relevant to the course or sailing trip you are taking.
- We will use the information you provide to deliver the service you have requested, request your feedback and ensure any certificates or licences are correctly recorded. We will keep the information long enough to provide assistance after your course should this be required. This will be for a maximum of 2 years from your course completion date.
- We will only share this information with the RYA for the purpose of registering your certificate or licence. If you have booked a NAVATHOME course, we will only share your information with them for the purpose of providing your course and course materials. Occasionally, the RYA may write to you after your course to check the quality of the course delivery.
- You may, at any point request that we remove all your information from our records.
